-More than 5 years experience as MEP Project Manager.
-High Level of English speaking, reading and writing.
-Experience in MEP design and plant specification will be highly regarded.
-Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
-High degree of responsibility.
-Project planning, monitoring, cost analysis, problem solving and summary.
-Good Leadership, interpersonal relation and proactive personality.
-Strong experience of construction detailing and be able to work independently
-Must have experience in preparing bid package and cost estimation.
-Problem solving and analytical skills, team-oriented, initiative, good organizing and people management.
-Able to prepare pre-construction and post construction documentation
-Enthusiastic, able to work well under pressure, hardworking with a desire for success
-Reviewing and approving project drawings.
-Planning construction and forecasting resources for activities relating to the project.
-Liaising with the Procurement department for Procuring tools and equipment and monitoring their usage/installation.
-Ensuring that projects are completed according to project plans. |
